Ambas. He lanzado tiendas desde cero y reconstruido otras que ya vendían. Una tienda nueva necesita estructura; una existente, por lo general, necesita que se arreglen las fugas. Es un trabajo diferente, pero con el mismo estándar de calidad.
Entre una y tres semanas para la mayoría de las configuraciones. Lo que influye: el número de productos, la configuración bilingüe y la rapidez con la que recibimos el contenido de su parte. Recibirá el cronograma exacto por escrito antes de que empecemos, y nunca he fallado en cumplir uno.
Directamente conmigo. Construyo la tienda, lanzo las campañas y respondo tus mensajes. No hay un gestor de cuentas transmitiendo información ni un junior aprendiendo con tu proyecto. Eso limita la cantidad de clientes que acepto, que es precisamente la idea.
Sí. Las pequeñas ediciones después del lanzamiento son gratuitas; no cobro por un cambio de texto o una corrección de espaciado. Para trabajos continuos como cargas mensuales, velocidad y nuevas secciones, eso es lo que cubre Store Care.
Construyo en Shopify. Lo conozco lo suficientemente a fondo como para adaptarlo —lo he convertido en un sistema de reservas para una academia deportiva y he conectado ocho sucursales físicas en una sola tienda. Si tu proyecto necesita una plataforma diferente, te lo diré en lugar de forzarlo.
