Growthly ("I", "me") operates [https://growthly.store/]. This page explains what data I collect, why, and what you can do about it. I'm an independent operator, not a company with a data team. I collect as little as possible and I don't sell anything to anyone.

What I collect

When you fill in the contact form: your name, your email address, your store URL, and anything you write in the message field.

When you subscribe to the newsletter: your email address.

When you visit the site: standard analytics data through Meta Pixel — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type. This is aggregated and doesn't identify you personally.

I don't collect payment details, ID documents, or any sensitive personal data through this website.

Why I collect it

The contact form is used to reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote. The newsletter email is used to send the newsletter you signed up for. Meta Pixel is used to measure which pages work and to show relevant ads.

I don't use your data for anything you didn't ask for. If you contact me about a project, I won't add you to the newsletter unless you tick the box.

Meta Pixel

This site uses Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) to measure traffic and show relevant ads. It sets cookies and shares limited browsing data with Meta.

You can opt out by adjusting your ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences, blocking cookies in your browser settings, or using a browser extension that blocks tracking scripts.

Cookies

This site uses cookies for two things: essential cookies that make the site work (language preference, form state), and analytics and advertising cookies through Meta Pixel.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time. Blocking essential cookies may break some features.

Who I share data with

Nobody, with three exceptions. Meta receives anonymised browsing data for analytics and ads. My email provider handles your email address to send and receive messages. My hosting provider keeps server logs to run the website.

I never sell your data. I never share your enquiry with third parties. If you're a client, I don't share your project details with anyone without your permission.

How long I keep it

Contact enquiries are kept for 2 years, then deleted. Newsletter subscribers are kept until you unsubscribe. Client project files are kept for 3 years after the project ends. Analytics data follows Meta's retention policy.

Your rights

You can ask me to tell you what data I hold about you, correct anything that's wrong, delete everything I have on you, stop sending you the newsletter, or export your data in a readable format.

Email [EMAIL] and I'll action it within 30 days. No forms, no process — just email me.

To unsubscribe from the newsletter, click the unsubscribe link in any email. It's one click and takes effect immediately.

Data location

This website is hosted on Shopify's infrastructure. Data may be processed on servers outside Egypt, including in the EU and the United States. Shopify's privacy commitments apply: shopify.com/legal/privacy

Children

This site isn't intended for anyone under 18, and I don't knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top updates. Significant changes will be announced on the site.
