The answers before you have to ask

Straight answers. If something isn't a fit, I'll say so on the call..

Both. I've launched stores from zero and rebuilt ones already selling. A new store needs structure; an existing one usually needs the leaks fixed. Different work, same standard.
One to three weeks for most builds. What moves it: product count, bilingual setup, and how fast content comes back from you. You get the exact timeline in writing before we start — and I've never missed one.
Directly with me. I build the store, run the campaigns, and answer your messages. No account manager relaying information, and no junior learning on your project. That limits how many clients I take, which is the point.
Yes. Small edits after launch are free — I don't bill for a text change or a spacing fix. For ongoing work like monthly uploads, speed and new sections, that's what Store Care covers.
Shopify is what I build on. I know it deeply enough to bend it — I've turned it into a booking system for a sports academy and wired eight physical branches into one storefront. If your project needs a different platform, I'll tell you instead of forcing it.
Packages start at $350. Anything beyond that depends on scope — send me your store link or a short brief and you'll have a fixed price within a day. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices.
30% to start, 70% before launch. No hourly billing — the price is fixed once scope is agreed.
